Woodstock Mancave recently had their first Garage Build off, Wesley Reyneke from Rather Be Riding invited me to enter my BSA into the show. Without thinking too long about it, I loaded my Beeza and off i went.
Woodstock Mancave is a communal workshop, bike storage and social club based in the up and coming trendy area Woodstock, Cape Town.
The event was well attended. Coffee and beer was flowing, ideas shared and new acquaintances made. Some professional built bikes also made it to the show, with the likes of Los Meurtos MC, House of the Machines, Wolf Moto and FD Classic Works.
I have found that the Cape motorcycle culture supports each other very well, and was envious that we don’t have the same support Gauteng.
A total of eight motorcycles was entered into the garage built competition. The public’s votes were as follow:
The KTM Cafe’d super motard took the prize for “Ride it”
The rat Yamaha TW200 took the “Fear it” prize.
And then my BSA won the “Stare at it” prize.

Can’t wait for the next garage built show, definitely not to be missed.
Marnitz, Colin,
There are some other awesome looking bikes in the background. How about posting a few more pics of those if you have them.
The rusty one in the second last photo and the one behind your bike.
Looks like a nice event. Well done to the organizers and builders!
Cheers
